Southern Charm Package
Bride Hair + Makeup Trial Run Experience + 4 Services | $1250
Package caters to the bride with a smaller bridal party! It includes on location 2-hour trial run with your wedding day artist to experience your look prior to the big day. Wedding day hair & makeup styling + 4 services for your bridal party Example (2 bridesmaid both hair + makeup or 4 bridesmaids’ hair OR makeup services & travel covered up to 40 miles.

How To Work Together
Step 1. Submit a contact form with your wedding day details so we can confirm if your date is open and available with our team.
Step 2. Your availability for your big day is confirmed and we gather additional details to help us create a customized bridal beauty proposal for you to view!
Step 3. We take the time to connect with you over the phone to make sure we are a great fit, answer logistical questions, and chat about our wedding day beauty vision in detail. Secure your wedding day by submitting your signed bridal beauty proposal + submit your holding retainer of $650 to lock in your date!
Step 4. We send you our welcome details once your officially an alter-image bride that will help you prep & prepare for planning for your trial run and get a head start on your wedding day beauty timeline.
Step 5. We share with you your customized getting ready timeline for you to confirm that you can share with your planner & photographer.
Step 6. Our team arrives early to your getting ready location to set up for services with our own hair and makeup set up so you have to most enjoyable wedding morning ever!

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I Wait To Book Hair And Makeup Until I Know My Final Head Count For My Bridesmaids?
No, It is not recommend to wait until you have a final headcount to secure your date as availability is first come first serve. and we only take 1 wedding a day. However we recommend securing yourself first then adding services on later. (You have up to 90 days prior to your wedding to add on additional members to your hair and makeup headcount)
My Venue Requires All Vendors Have Insurance, Is Your Company Insured?
Yes, we can provide proof of liability insurance for venues requiring vendor insurance coverage. And all stylist are professional licensed with the state a practice proper sanitation
How Much Is Travel?
Travel rates are already included in our packages for our most popular service locations (Savannah, GA | Charleston, SC | Columbia, SC | Charlotte, NC | Winston Salem | Raleigh, NC | and surrounding locations as we have bridal artist local to these areas and don’t not require extra travel) If your wedding is outside of these locations you will be quoted prior to booking what your travel rate would be so there are no surprise costs for full pricing transparency.($1.25 per mile after first 40miles per artist)
Do You Have A Service Minimum?
Yes, any date landing on a Friday or Saturday during peak season (March, April, May, September, October & November) must meet a service minimum of $1,000 or more to book with the team or owner.
Can I Book A Trial Run Prior To Booking My Wedding Day?
Unfortunately, due to high demand we do not offer trial runs to brides who are not already booked with us., Our booked clients get 1st priority to our calendar availability and due to high demand, we cannot officially secure your date without a retainer & signed contract.
If the owner is not available for my wedding day am i able to see work from the artist who will be there for my trial + wedding day?
100% all artist on team alter-image goes through continuing education classes in hair & makeup styling so that all looks are cohesive and represent our brand consistently regardless of if your booked with the owner or team. Once booked you will receive sample images of work from the artist you will be placed with by request.
