How many Weddings have i done?
Working in the Bridal industry for almost 5 years now, I've worked an average of at least 150 years a year. So over the past 5 year period its rounded up to almost 750 weddings to this date and the number is still increasing!
Do we give discounts?
Alter-Image does not offer Discounts on Wedding services due to the fact that we use only High-End products and all High-End equipment. When you book with us we arrive with our Makeup Chair, High End Lighting System that offers the best lighting so even if your inside or outside your makeup will look flawless! All Brand Names and Makeup Artist Professional Only Cosmetics and Hair Products such as NARS,MAC,Airbrush Makeup,Kenra Hair Products and more.
Whats the Difference between Airbrush Vs. Traditional Makeup?
The only Difference between Airbrush and Traditional is Airbrush is a more light weight coverage but it can be build-able. Both Airbrush and Traditional Makeup has come a long way through out the years and it is really based upon the clients preference. I personally like to do a light layer of traditional and layer of Airbrush for an extremely flawless look.
When Should i Book My Services?
You should book your service as soon as you know your date? We currently have bookings for 2019 and all of our dates are first come first serve so if i were you i would book ASAP! We will not hold your date unless a Holding Deposit and been paid and your contract has been signed.
How long does it take per service?
Bridal Services take an average of 30mins per service. Unless a member of the Bridal Party wants clip-Ins added or has extremely curly or thick hair then the max time would be 35-40 mins but we factor in extra time when creating you timeline for your big day.
How do i secure my Event/ Appointment?
We require a holding deposit for all appointments and Event dates. For Weddings we require a $100 holding fee this goes towards your services on your wedding date as well as your signed Alter-Image Bridal Contract. For Individual Appointments we require 50% of your service for a holding fee along with our Alter-Image Client Contract.
Does Alter-Image Work on Location?
We are a 100% on-site company, So we travel to all of our clients.The client is responsible for the location. We also travel only in the Charleston,Sc surrounding areas for a small travel fee.

What Events do you Do?
We do it all Weddings, Prom, Date Night Hair & Makeup, Girls Night, Social Events, ect!
Do i work alone or do i have assistants?
Only if your time frame requires me to hire additional stylist or an assistant this will be aware once we know your head count and finish times. I can work alone if requested that i don't bring an assistant with me but most likely your start time will have to be extended to a early start time.
What form of payment do we take?
We take all deposits from our invoice square system only! Day of payments we take Cash,Card,and Venmo please no checks!
