Well, guess what you're not alone. There is absolutely no shame in watching all the videos or reading countless blogs. You can get the most killer tips but yet they will not work if your client funnel is not in place.

And before you roll your eyes and think that I’m talking about some funnel that cost your money or some complicated tech NO! I’m talking about the levels of awareness that your customer currently has to become aware of your business.

Without levels of awareness you my friend will never have a client find your business. This is why it’s so important for you to at least show up on a minimum of 2 platforms for your business and show up on a regular basis as a way to showcase your

  • work

  • product

  • service.

At the very begging of my business journey I so so excited to create my very first logo in Squarespace and I thought that my logo was my branding but boy was I way off. Your brand is not just about having a pretty logo or cute colors on your site it’s about the way you make YOUR potential client FEEL when they visit your

Once you through the current profile that you use to promote your business (Look at both free platform & paid) Decide if you need to do a facelift session and reword a few things and add or take away old images and replace them with ones that are more on brand. Once your done you need to look at your Marketing.

Now regardless of if you're a bridal beauty pro or not you need to have in place some form of an online marketing strategy down pact for your business. There is an endless amount of platforms out there that you can choose your market your brand on but like I mentioned before start out by focusing on 2 and show up regularly.

Come up with a weekly flow and pick the days you want to show up with a post or live video (if you want to build your confidence) and tell people about your business. The part you look and the clients you serve and how you can provide your service for them because you are the go-to boss babe for it!

Show up be bold and be confident and showcase your work as a true CEO. You have to become the ride or die hype man for your business. Use your own personality to show up for your brand and when you do make sure you are speaking with purpose. Your client needs to get to know you like you and trust you in order to become a paying client. S when you do show up using your special sauce that only you have and tell your future clients how you can help them.

Experience is everything

What experience can you create for your client that they will, rave to there friends about you and keep coming back to you over and over again for? I’m not just talking about giving them a complimentary glass of champagne at your studio or the touch kit you give them on the wedding day But the experience they have leading up to book you!

You need to map out a workflow for yourself and come up with days that you dedicate to your business to not only post on social media but to manage your emails and clients as well when they start to flow in once your client funnel is fully in effect. Put yourself in your closes shoes and ask yourself how long would you like to be responded to? This is not about doing more it’s about finding balance. You need to make sure to allow yourself to have days off per week and setting a timeframe that you will set up notifications when you have messages that you need to tend to. And this is why I get so pumped for having automation in my business.

When I use to manually reply back to emails in between breaks while I still worked my 9-5 started to get overwhelmed do to the fact that I was typing upping up messages as they came in. Then I slowing moved over to having auto-response messages that I had typed up and saved on my phone to start saving me a bit of time. There came a day when I realized that the flow of emails I had coming in was way too much to handle for me to respond back too in real-time and invested the best $20 I could have ever spend to set up my client management system.

My day was reduced by 40% and I got back so much time because I have auto-replies that send clients all the details they need to know about my bridal business in one email. It basically acts like an assistant plus their tech support is always there to help answer my questions that my bride inquires about their contract, invoices, and automated payments I set up for them.

This took my business to an entirely different level because I was doubling down on my awareness-building at this time and testing of social media ads and ended up with over 30 new emails from brides wanting to know more about my services. Image not having a system set up to automatically send welcome messages to potentials brides in the middle of the night and waking up to 30+ messages you have to now type out.
