Frequently Asked Questions

Booking & Availability

Q — How do I hold my date?
A — I require a signed contract + non-refundable holding retainer to lock your date. Once both are received your wedding day is reserved — I’ll send a confirmation welcome email & bridal beauty resources and next steps (trial scheduling, style questionnaire, and an inspo checklist).

Q — When should I book?
A — For peak months (May–Oct) book 9–12 months out. For off-peak or midweek dates, 4–6 months can work (but I wouldn’t wait that long )

Q — Do you offer payment plans?
A — Yes — I offer flexible payment plans to make booking easier. $650 is required to hold you date & your final balance is broken down into 2 payments leading up to your big day. Ask for details when you request your quote.

Q-should I wait to book hair and makeup until I know my final head count for my bridesmaids?

A-No, it is not recommend waiting until you have a final headcount to secure your date as availability first comes first serve. However, we recommend securing yourself first then adding services on later. (You have up to 90 days prior to your wedding to add on additional members to your hair and makeup headcount)

Q — How long will I need to set aside for hair + makeup on the wedding morning?
A — Typical timing: bride hair + makeup = 60–90 minutes. Bridesmaids are usually 30–35 minutes each depending on service. I’ll provide a timeline closer to your wedding day after your final headcount is confirmed with accurate logistics. Start & finish time depends on getting ready space access time, what time your photographer needs you ready by or what tie you have to leave for the venue.

Trials & Prep

Q-Can I book a trial run prior to booking my wedding day?

A-Due to high demand we CAN offer trial runs to brides who are NOT already booked with us BUT this DOES NOT mean that your date is reserved. Dates are first come first served. In the case that you book a trial run for an upcoming date, but a bride locks in your date before your trial run date approaches your trial run retainer will be returned to you and you lose the date. If you would like to schedule a trial run (and not currently booked it musted be scheduled within the upcoming week due to not holding dates without full contract & retainer signed. Trial runs outside of contracts are $385. Our booked clients get 1st priority to our calendar and due to high demand, we cannot officially secure your date without a retainer & signed contract.

Q-My mom or Bridesmaid would also like to have a trail run do you offer these services?

A-Of course! we offer trial runs for family and the bridal party, but their trial run date must be booked on the same date as the bride’s trial at the same location.

Q — Do you do trials? How long before the wedding?
A — Yes. I recommend your trial 2–3months before the wedding (so skin prep is finished, and hair length is accurate). Trials are Hour & a half –2 hours long. You receive a hair & makeup prep guide, details on what to wear, & short questionnaire to help plan & prep for your session.

Q-Where will my trial run be held?

A-I am 100% on location, which means i do not have a studio location. I come to my clients for ALL services trial run & wedding days. (Travel is already included in all pricing within servicing locations.)
