 What’s required to secure my date?

Submit your signed Online Bridal Agreement to hold your date along with a non-refundable retainer of $650 through our online client portal this goes towards your services. All dates are first come first serve and we do not accept checks.

How far in advance should I book my hair or makeup artist for my wedding day?

It’s recommended to book sooner rather than later. We take bookings 1 year in advance. And do not take wedding dates that are less than 90 days out if you have a large bridal party. Booking 10-12 months prior is best.

should i wait to book hair and makeup until i know my final head count for my bridesmaids?

No, It is not recommend to wait until you have a final headcount to secure your date as availability is first come first serve. However we reccomend securing yourself first then adding services on later. (You have up to 90 days prior to your wedding to add on addiitonal members to your hair and makeup headcount)

My venue requires all vendors have insurance, is your company insured?

Yes, we can provide proof of liability insurance for venues requiring vendor insurance coverage. And all stylist are professional licensed with the state a practice proper sanitation

Is gratuity added into the cost?

No, tips are not included as this is 100% up to the client

How much is travel?

Travel rates are already included in our packages for our most popular service locations (Savannah, GA | Charleston, SC | Columbia, SC | Charlotte, NC | Winston Salem | Raleigh, NC | and surrounding locations) If you wedding is outside of these locations you will be quoted prior to booking what your travel rate would be so there are no surprise costs.($1.25 per mile after first 30miles)

Where do i go for services?

All services are 100% mobile as we do not offer studio services. We have a total of 18 licensed team members located throughout our service locations that travel anywhere within SC, NC, TN, and GA* You would be booked with the close stylist to you*

Do you have a service minimum?

Yes, any date landing on a Friday or Saturday during peak season (March, April, May, September, October & November) must meet a service minimum of $1,000 or more to book with the team or owner.

What if i don’t meet the minimum

If you do not meet the booking Minimum you can also opt in for additional services (Rehearsal dinner hair & Makeup or Portraits prior to the wedding day included in our southern charm package option)

Can i book a trial run prior to booking my wedding day?

Unfortunately, due to high demand we do not offer trial runs to brides who are not already booked with us., Our booked clients get 1st priority to our calendar and due to high demand, we can not officially secure your date without a retainer & signed contract.

How long will services take on the wedding day?

On average it takes our bridal team 4 and a half to 5 hours to complete services for large bridal parties and bring enough stylist on location to avoid crazy early start times. (Minium 6-7 services per artist)

My mom or Bridesmaid would also like to have a trail run do you offer these services?

Of course! we offer trial runs for family and the bridal party but their trial run date must be booked on the same date as the brides trial at the same location (Trials outside of our set packages are $300per person)


What kind of makeup do you use on your clients?

Bridal Makeup artist within our team uses a wide range of professional makeup products that are formulated for all weather climates and meant to last up to 16+ hours. We use products such as ( Bobbi Brown,Mac, Estee Laude, Nars, Chanel, YSL, Tom Ford, charlotte Tilbury, Makeup Forever, Fenty, Natasha Denona, Temptu Airbrush Makeup, and more)
